Find the Fun in Movement (aka exercise)

Thanks to Lara Dalch's lasted post on "5 ways to exercise even if you hate exercise", that I found this initiative by Volkswagon. How creative!
I've always enjoyed movements, or sports, whatever term or however you want to categorise them..dance, swim, wakeboard, sail, etc... I've done and tried them..

So, come off that couch those of you who simply don't like to exercise and find the fun in things as simple as walking or climbing the stairs!
